Making a great first impression is HUGE. Don’t ever forget this. It doesn’t matter who you are meeting and what you are doing, always make a it a practice make a great impression.

This statement is truer than ever when you are applying for a job. Full time job, part time job, internship, summer job, getting a Wendys job, whatever…. MAKE A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!


Where does making a great impression start? It starts when you walk in the door. The first time any lays eyes on you, they need to see a sharp and smart potential future employee.

I once had a position where I had to interview hundreds of people from receptionist positions, to mortgage processors, and loan officers, for a real estate related company.

I was amazed to see so many people show up to the interview wearing khakis, oversized shirts or polos, and shoes that were trashed.

Listen people, when it comes to job interviews, you MUST BRING YOUR “A” GAME. You need to see yourself as the Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant of whatever job inteview that you’re going to.
